Qudus Balogun

Qudus Adebowale Balogun is an experienced Chartered Accountant with over a decade of progressive work experience across financial services, FMCG, agribusiness, real estate, and software as a service. He has served in management and senior management positions, growing from Manager for Financial Planning and Reporting to Vice President of Finance and Admin at uLesson.

While at uLesson, he managed the due diligence process for the firm's $15 million Series B fundraising and oversaw finance operations across business jurisdictions including the US, UK, Mauritius, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa. His earlier career included complex portfolio reporting at FSDH Asset Management Limited for instruments such as bonds, eurobonds, commercial papers, and treasury bills.

As Principal Consultant at Iwelabi Consulting, Qudus has provided financial models and advisory support for consultants advising the African Petroleum Producers' Organization on the $5 billion Africa Energy Bank project. He also led a team of six to prepare a N9 trillion budget for a government-private special project.

Luqman Olatunji

Luqman Olawale Olatunji is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with progressive experience in financial services, education technology, and consulting. His expertise spans financial reporting, audit, corporate reporting, and regulatory compliance.

He began his career at KPMG Professional Services, where he gained foundational audit experience and rose to lead his unit. At ICL, he oversees financial projects, management accounts, financial models, forecasts, and client treasury processes that support cash management and regulatory compliance.

Nurudeen Soremekun

Nurudeen Soremekun is a Software Engineer and Technology Partner with over a decade of professional experience across finance, education, and engineering. He is proficient in full-stack development, including JavaScript, Python, Ruby, AWS, GCP, and Azure.

He has led technology projects for organizations across the globe, including payroll systems, revenue reconciliation systems, API integrations, and automation workflows. At ICL, he leads technology-driven initiatives that connect software engineering with finance transformation.

Victory Nagbi

Victory is a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience spanning consulting, hospitality, telecommunications, oil and gas, marine, and technology sectors. As a senior manager at ICL, she combines financial expertise with strategic insight to support business growth.

She advises business leaders on cost optimization, investment feasibility, and risk management strategies for local and international markets. Her strengths include management reporting, auditing, customer relationship management, and helping organizations address complex cross-border financial decisions.

Jemiletu Amodu

Jemiletu is a Chartered Accountant with over four years of multidisciplinary experience across financial management, advisory, and process optimization. At ICL, she provides accounting and CFO advisory services for fintech and service-oriented businesses.

Her journey includes experience at the Bank of Agriculture, Gamp Business School, and Pharmadon T&A, where she designed and implemented an accounting system for a growing startup. She has also mentored more than 3,000 ICAN candidates through Apex Tutors.

Associate, Accounting and CFO Advisory Services

Babatunde Ajao

Babatunde Ajao is an accounting graduate of the University of Ilorin, an Associate Chartered Accountant, and an Associate Accounting Technician. He has a strong foundation in financial principles, taxation, auditing, and strategic management.

His experience includes ICAN tuition administration and tutoring at Springboard Associates, practical work in financial statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation at Iwelabi Consulting, and customer-facing experience in blockchain technology. He brings research, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to finance and accounting work.

Michael Adesanya

Michael Adesanya is a finance and data analytics professional with expertise in finance transformation, data visualization, financial modeling, and business intelligence. At ICL, he helps organizations streamline financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve strategic goals.

With more than three years of experience at uLesson Education Limited, Michael has used data-driven insights to improve financial planning, sales operations, logistics, and inventory management. He is a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst and brings practical knowledge of automated reporting, advanced analytics, and Microsoft Power Automate.
